Villa Ina – Holiday home by the sea at Avola

Villa Ina with its very good facilities and furnishing as well as its location right by the sea at Lido di Avola is a perfect place for feel-good holidays on Italy's sunny island of Sicily.

The chic holiday home is the middle unit of a small terraced house complex with three units. Right next to Villa Ina lies Villa Falaride. Owner Angela, who sets great store by looking after the premises, lives in the back unit; the latter faces the small residents-only road leading up to the property.

Holiday home with direct access of the sea

Villa Ina accommodates up to six persons and covers two floors. From the small patch of garden it comes with you can make your way down to a narrow, rocky bathing section below the property.

The living-dining room takes up the better part of the ground floor and offers lots of space for dining and relaxing. The cozy sofa can be turned into a sleeping facility for a 5th and 6th person.

From the living area you enter the well appointed kitchen (incl. gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, Italian espresso maker), which opens onto the terrace. Whether you gather for meals in the lovely dining-area or outside, on the terrace, might depend on weather conditions, outside temperatures or your mood.

The holiday home's two bedrooms (double bed each) and two bathrooms (shower/WC/bidet each) are located on the 1st floor. One of the bedrooms opens onto a small balcony with sea view.

Furnishing of Villa Ina also includes: air conditioning, WiFi, TV, hair dryer, children's bed and highchair, washing machine.

Holiday home with sea view, terrace and garden

Villa Ina's outdoor area is a roofed and furnished terrace (table, chairs, sunshade) with sea view and an adjoining patch of garden with lawn. There is also an outdoor shower at your disposal.

Parking: Parking is available on the fenced premises.

Surroundings of Villa Ina

The sea with a rocky section is accessible directly from the premises or via a short footpath only a few meters from Villa Ina. Please note: Depending on the security situation and if required, the direct access of the sea from the premises may be closed.

A ca. 400 m walk takes you to where the gently sloping, wide sandy beach starts, which Avola is well-known and popular for. The beautifully laid-out promenade above the beach is lined by restaurants and bars. Along the promenade you can take leisurely walks as far as the old tonnara (tuna factory), on the premises of which today you also find cozy aperitivo-bars and inviting seafood restaurants with outdoor terraces and sea view.

Not far from Villa Ina lies restaurant Porto Matto (ca. 200 m), which is in general open year round. Various supermarkets are found along the main road 115 (roundabout), ca. 2 km from the holiday home.
