Wonderful and spacious holiday home ...

The Mediterranean holiday home is located on a ca. 600 m² property planted with olive, orange and pomegranate trees. Two spacious terraces, one of which is roofed, and the garden with a ca. 150 m² courtyard invite you to relax and offer enough space for children to play and romp about.

Start into your day with a cup of cappuccino on the terrace, your eyes turned toward the sea and the green surroundings. Spend relaxed evenings out in the open, enjoying some delicacies you have prepared on the masonry grill next to the terrace. The outdoor shower is very convenient for cooling off in-between or at the end of a long summer day at the beach.

Casa Antonina, which has for a long time been used only by the owner herself, is a ca. 80 m², single-story holiday home with nice high ceilings. Tasteful wooden and rattan furniture, lovingly decorated rooms make for a comfortable and bright atmosphere.

You enter Casa Antonina into the spacious living-dining room with sofa bed, couch and dining furniture as well as SAT-TV. On cooler days, the fireplace and the pellet stove (extra charge for use) are sure to be welcome.

In the nice eat-in kitchen (incl. gas stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, drip coffee machine), you can prepare Sicilian delicacies with fresh ingredients from the market. 

Casa Antonina sleeps up to 6 persons in three bedrooms: two with double bed (one of the doubles is also the smallest bedroom) and one with twin beds (can be rearranged into a double). There are two bathrooms (shower/WC/bidet each), one of which is the en suite of the twin bedroom.  

Furnishing of Casa Antonina also includes air conditioning with heating system (extra charge for use), which provides for pleasant temperatures both in summer and in winter, and washing machine.
A children's bed and highchair for very young guests can be provided upon request.

You can park your car on the fenced premises of the holiday home.

Surroundings

The nearest shopping facility is 200 m off, but only open from April to October. For the rest of the year, shopping is done at Avola, about 6 km off. Some of the restaurants at Lido di Noto are open all year round.

The location of Casa Antonina is very convenient if you want to explore the south-east of Sicily and its numerous sights.

Noto, Modica and Ragusa, the impressive towns of the Sicilian Baroque, are easy to reach from Lido di Noto. At Syracuse, 35 km off, not only a picturesque Old Town awaits you, but also a significant archaeological site. At nearby nature reserve Oasi di Vendicari, you can hike through and discover an untouched coastal landscape.
