Comfortably furnished holiday home

Villa Rosella is one of four houses located on private premises at the end of a cul-de-sac.

The owner’s love for detail is apparent inside the house. Even the smallest accessories have been chosen and arranged with care.

The holiday home includes a light flooded live-and-eat-in kitchen (incl. oven, 4-burner gas stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment), a modern bathroom (shower/WC/bidet) and two comfortable and spacious double bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor, the other one on the upper floor, which is accessible via the staircase from the live-and-eat-in kitchen.

Villa Rosella also features: TV, WiFi (free of charge), washing machine, alarm system, iron and ironing board, air conditioning with heating system (extra charge for use).

Sunbathing on two terraces

The terrace with cushioned seating accommodation, garden furniture and sunshade is perfect for wonderful hours out in the open. The sea view roof terrace might become your favorite spot to enjoy the evening atmosphere at sunset and an aperitif while relaxing on the deckchairs.

If you are not in the mood for cooking inside, use the outdoor grill to prepare a delicious meal of fresh fish and crisp vegetables from the market.  Buon appetito!

At and around Calabernardo

Shops, bars and restaurants, which are however open only during summer season, are about 200 m from Villa Rosella. More shopping facilities and restaurants are found at Avola (ca. 5 km). 

A visit to UNESCO World Heritage listed Noto, which is about 8 km from Calabernardo, is sure to be one of the highlights of your holidays. The Baroque buildings with their 'playful' façades are really impressive, so take your time when strolling through the town.  

An insider’s tip for those who have got a sweet tooth: Pasticceria "Caffè Sicilia" in the center of Noto Antica. Stop by and treat yourself to a small dolce. We are sure you will be delighted by its exquisite taste.

Beach tip

You can spend a great day at the beach not only at Calabernardo, but at several other Sicilian seaside resorts. San Lorenzo, for example, welcomes you with crystal clear sea waters, fine sands and Caribbean feeling.
