Beautifully located amidst green and only a stone’s throw of 300 m from the nearest sandy beach - lovely holiday home Casa Corrado welcomes you to one of the most beautiful regions in the south-east of Sicily.

Lido di Noto’s appeal lies not only with its beautiful sandy beaches, but also with its location near UNESCO World Heritage listed Noto, whose magnificent Baroque buildings leave visitors from all over the world awe-inspired.
And, a magnificent coastal landscape and a true paradise for birds can be explored along various hiking trails at nature reserve Oasi di Vendicari, 11 km off.

Mediterranean and tasteful

As Casa Corrado is surrounded by a ca. 1,500 m² garden, which is planted with lemon trees, it is a great accommodation for families with children. Its two terraces, one in front and one at the back of the house, are inviting spots for relaxing, soaking up some sun and leisurely get-togethers. Enjoy your meals out in the open, after preparing them on the masonry grill with the fresh ingredients and specialties you have bought. 

You enter the tastefully furnished, ca. 80 m² Mediterranean holiday home for up to 5 persons into the living room, where a wood-fired stove provides for a cozy atmosphere. 

Apart from the living room, there is a nice eat-in kitchen (incl. gas stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, drip coffee machine), there are two double bedrooms with decorative rattan style furnishing and two bathrooms (shower/WC/bidet each). One of the bedrooms features an extra bed for a 5th person.

Furnishing of Casa Corrado also includes SAT-TV, WiFi (unlimited, € 25 for 1-2 weeks), radio, DVD player, safe, air conditioning with heating device and washing machine.
A children’s bed and a stroller are provided by the owner upon request.

You can park your car on the fenced premises of Casa Corrado.

Surroundings

The nearest shopping facilities are 200 m off, but only open from April to October. For the rest of the year, shopping is done at Avola (ca. 6 km). Some of the restaurants at Lido di Noto are open year round.

Tips for excursions

As Casa Corrada is conveniently located, you might consider going on a discovery tour of some of south-eastern Sicily's numerous sights.

At Noto, Modica and Ragusa, which are easy to reach from Lido di Noto, you get to admire impressive Sicilian Baroque. At Syracuse (35 km) a picturesque Old Town and a significant archaeological site await you.

On a hike through nearby nature reserve Oasi di Vendicari, you discover an untouched coastal landscape and wonderful sandy beaches.

You are interested in the way olive oil is produced? In autumn, the owner of Casa Corrado will take you along for the harvesting of the olives and then let you have a closer look at how the oil is produced.
