"Kissed by the sun" – there is no better way of describing the fantastic location of Villa Flora at  Scopello. Given the holiday home's exposed location, you have got sunshine from morning to evening and always an amazing view of the deep blue Mediterranean Sea.

Each of Villa Flora's four terraces faces one of the cardinal directions, so both sun worshippers and bookworms seeking shade are sure to find their favorite spots.  

And, you are eveloped by the fragrance of the apricot, fig and cherry trees growing on the 5,000 m² premises, besides olive trees and Mediterranean macchia.

Experience unforgettable holidays at Villa Flora, framed by sea and mountains, not far from a picturesque bathing bay and not too far from world famous sights, such as the well-known town of Monreale near Palermo.

Villa Flora offers enough space both in the outdoor area and inside for up to 8 persons to feel comfortable and sea view even from the bedrooms and the living room.

The holiday home's 140 m² of living space include
- three bedrooms (double bed; double bed + bunk bed; bunk bed);
- two bathrooms (shower/WC/bidet; bathtub/WC/bidet);
- a living room with fireplace;
- an eat-in kitchen (incl. gas stove, oven, coffee machine, refrigerator with freezer compartment).

Furnishing also includes: SAT-TV, air conditioning with heating device, WiFi, washing machine, iron, ironing board, fly-screens.

Some of the family's favorites, for example the 18th century clock in the living room and antique chests of drawers in the bedrooms, had been left to adorn the holiday home, as we were told on site by friendly owner Mariella, who lives at Castellammare del Golfo.

There's a dependance on the ground floor of the house, which however remains unoccupied.

Spacious outdoor area with 4 terraces

The garden is an oasis of well-being adorned by colorful flowers. On each of the four terraces you find garden furniture and loungers are at your disposal. There's also a grill in the outdoor area.

On the main terrace, which is accessible from the living area, you can make yourself comfortable in the rocking chair and let your thoughts run free while your gaze wanders across the evergreen landscape and the sea.

Parking: There are two roofed parking spaces on the fenced premises, next to the house.

Surroundings of the villa

A restaurant and a bus stop (connections to Castellammare del Golfo, San Vito Lo Capo and Trapani) are only 500 m from Villa Flora. It is about 2 km to the bathing bay of Cala Bianca.

You can do your shopping at supermarket Scopello Market (6 km), which belongs to the father of Villa Flora’s owner. You are granted a 5 % discount on your shopping or you can choose the free-of-charge delivery of the groceries you require to the holiday home.

There are small shops, bars and restaurants at Scopello (6 km), more shopping facilities, restaurants etc. are found at the small town of Castellammare del Golfo (ca. 7 km).

Tips for excursions

When vacationing at/near Scopello, go on a discovery tour of Sicily’s authentic nature. At the end of the village lies the entrance to gorgeous nature reserve Riserva dello Zingaro. Picturesque bays and a flora and fauna rich in species await you on your hiking tour through the reserve.

If you are interested in culture, visit the town of Monreale with its majestic Norman cathedral. It takes you only one hour by car to get there.
